This is the official personal website of Ashish Paliwal. It shares information about his professional background, the companies and ventures he leads, their apps, achievements, media appearances and videos.

The website has no sign-up, no user accounts and no contact form. We do not ask you to enter personal information anywhere on the site itself.

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. We use it only to read and reply to your enquiry. We do not sell it or use it for marketing.

If you book a meeting, the booking calendar is provided by Google Calendar. Google receives the details you enter (such as your name, email address and the purpose of the meeting) under Google’s own privacy policy, and they are shared with us so we can hold the meeting and send you the invite.

If you call or write to the office listed in the footer (Profinity Group), the information you share is handled by that office for the purpose of your enquiry.

We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-focused service that does not use cookies and does not collect personal data. It records aggregated information such as page views, referring sites, country and device type.

Like any website, our hosting provider automatically keeps short-lived technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and time of request) to deliver the site securely and prevent abuse.

This website does not set its own cookies.

If you switch between light and dark mode, that preference is stored in your own browser (local storage). It is never sent to us.

Third-party services embedded on the site (Google Maps, Google Calendar and YouTube, described below) may set their own cookies under their own policies.

Google Maps: the office map in the footer is embedded from Google Maps. When it loads, Google may receive your IP address and browser information.

Google Calendar: the Book a Meeting page embeds Google’s appointment booking calendar.

YouTube: video thumbnails are loaded from YouTube’s image servers. The video player itself loads only after you press play, using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced (youtube-nocookie.com) mode.

Each of these services is operated by Google and covered by Google’s privacy policy.

This website links to the websites, social media profiles and Google Play listings of the companies and ventures associated with Ashish Paliwal, and to news coverage. Once you leave this website, the privacy policy of that site, company or app applies, not this one.

Apps listed on this website are operated by their respective companies, which are responsible for any data those apps collect.

Emails and meeting details are kept only as long as needed to respond, hold the meeting and keep reasonable records. We do not sell or rent personal information.
